Job Description

We are looking for someone who is willing to do Customer Service in the territory of US and increase sales/market share on undercarriage and non-undercarriage parts (track chains, rubber tracks, etc). This position will entail (but not limited to) market research, develop new customer base, maintain current customer relations, arrange for meetings, and any special requests from the customer and supervisor.

Responsibilities

  • Inside/outside sales quoting, taking and maintaining flow of customer orders
  • Retain relationships with the customer base
  • Follow up potential new dealers and leads to expand customer base
  • Follow up new quotes to identify any issues with price, service or inventory
  • Plan and arrange meetings with current customers
  • Assist in day to day operation of the branch.

Qualification

Career:  5+ years of customer service experience in heavy machinery industry, knowledge in undercarriage or non-undercarriage parts is a plus.
